Supper is a cozy dining experience hosted alongside the Crystal River in the basement level of The Mill Glen Arbor. Chef Bobby Thoits presents New American cuisine that is uplifted by the bounty of local food farmed here in Northern Michigan. Supper is presented in a family style format, as if you were eating at your own family table. Reservations are encouraged.
