The Mill Bakery is our working production facility - the bakery backbone of The Mill Glen Arbor. 

Every loaf of bread, laminated pastry and other bakery goods sold by The Mill Glen Arbor is created here from house milled organic grains. When you visit, you’ll find racks of cooling loaves, trays of fresh croissants, and a team working behind the scenes to supply The Mill and our partners.

We’re now opening this space to the public so you can stop in, grab bread straight from the source, and experience the heart of what we do.
